TAL Insurance Academy is our educational platform designed to enrich your team’s technical understanding of insurance products, concepts and the industry. There is a range of education options and on-demand training which covers three broad topics:

Fundamentals: courses designed for member-facing and insurance teams, these courses will give a comprehensive picture of the Australian life insurance landscape and increase knowledge of insurance in superannuation.

TAL Essentials: learn about your life insurance partner, TAL. Showcasing our brand and our approach to digital, innovation and health as well as reinforcing how we deliver on our commitment to being there for members at claim time, when they need us most.

Masterclasses: Immersive sessions designed to increase knowledge, skills and competency in insurance. With a focus on addressing challenges and opportunities, we will explore global and local trends, innovation, best practice and health. Delivered by industry SMEs, Masterclasses are developed and released on an ongoing basis, keeping content fresh, engaging and topical.

Integrated learning
