  1. What is Group HQ?

    Group HQ is an exciting new platform that we have developed for our partners. Meeting their needs in a ‘one stop shop’ bringing together systems access, information regarding insights and innovations, industry events, case studies and more.

  2. How often will Group HQ content change?

    Group HQ will have regular updates to ensure we are bringing you all the relevant and up to date information available. We will also continue to issue Thread, advising you of the latest innovations and insights available, the relevant links will direct you to Group HQ for the full articles. We will also be keeping historical articles so you can access them at any time. 

     

  3. How do I register for Group HQ access?

     Go to our registration page and enter the required details. You will receive the status of your registration once your application has been processed. 

  4. How do I log in to Group HQ?
    • Click on the 'Login to group HQ' tab or click here
    • Enter your username and password
    • Click login

  5. I've forgotten my password. How do reset it?
    • Navigate to the login page and click on the link which says forgot password or click here
    • Enter your login details and click on the button to reset your password
    • Once request is successfully submitted, you will receive an email with link which will allow you to change your password.

    • On successfully changing your password, you will be automatically be logged back into Group HQ.
