Caring for your member's health if they need to claim
Sometimes the unexpected can happen, which means your members need to make a claim with us. When they do, our Claims team will enable a range of support tools from TAL Health for Life to initially help them manage their condition and then assess recovery support so they reach their best health.
To support members in their recovery after making a claim, we offer a range of tailored Health Support programs. These are delivered by a national network of service providers, who are carefully selected and curated by TAL’s in-house occupational rehabilitation experts.

Mental Health Assist
Fast-tracking mental health support
Our partnership with Teladoc Health provides your members with mental health claims access to leading psychologists and psychiatrists, who’ll review their diagnosis, treatment and medication and develop a detailed care management plan to empower their recovery.
Carer Assist
Caring for your members' carers
TAL Carer Assist provides members and their families with a range of support to help make their day-to-day life that little bit easier during their recovery journey. Support includes information on community services, mental wellbeing & other support services.
